For my work with clients I combine different counselling and healing modalities because it is effective in supporting my clients exactly where they are in their lives. The modalities I combine depend on my client’s ever changing needs. Everyone is so unique, and my purpose is to uncover my clients’ soul-essence and bring it to the light of their conscious awareness.

I have a deep respect for the magic that occurs in the healing session. The modalities listed below are tools for deep transformational healing and personal breakthrough that never cease to amaze me.

Body-Centered Psychotherapy, recognize each person as intrinsically whole and resourceful, which engenders self-acceptance and inner confidence. Hakomi is a form of providing an empathic understanding, unconditional regard and listening that is engaged and supportive.

Thetahealing is a powerful method for client’s mind, body and spirit that allows he/she to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do.

Focused-Oriented Psychotherapy known as Focusing is a somatic-based modality for uncovering unconscious awareness through felt-sense experience. It involves non-judging attention to a somatic sensation—a bodily feeling. This somatic experience is sensed inwardly in the chest or throat, and the abdomen, and is the connection point for one’s intuition and inner knowing. It brings one’s boundaries, needs and desires into focus. Through focusing, you attend to the sensitive border between your conditioned beliefs and your longing, and find at the edge of physical and subtle sensations a profound sense of relief.

Non-Violent Communication is empowering and necessary for conflict management and communicating from the heart.

Breathing Bodywork based on Reichian Therapy. My teacher Aneesha Dillon said that this form “provides the awareness and the tools to ground the process of personal transformation in the body using breathing, movement, and sound to explore the full range of sensations, feelings and emotions.

Acupressure uses gentle yet deep finger pressure on specific acu-points and verbal Body Focusing techniques, to help release “armoring” or chronic tension, balance the “Qi” or energy, and improve vitality. This clothes-on method helps relieve stress- and trauma- related problems. based on Reichian Therapy.
