Thank you for being here. My name is Ekaterina For the past nine years, I’ve been working with individuals, couples, and groups as a a Family Constellations Facilitator, Life Coach & Shamanic Practitioner, supporting them on their own journeys.
I have always been interested in working with what makes it difficult for a person to authentically express themselves — in relationships, in their work, and in life in general — and in finding the place from which they can show up with more freedom and ease.
I am good at seeing undercurrent of a person’s challenges, what isn’t working and, together with the person,looking for a way forward and a solution that brings healing and more harmony into their life.
For me, Family Constellations with the wisdom of Shamanic Wheel of the Four Directions are not only about understanding something with the mind. They are about stepping into a different level of living and a different sense of oneself — more alive, real, and present. The answers that come are often felt rather than figured out. It is about reconnecting with the life force inside — the one that has been there, waiting until you are ready to meet it.
My intention in working with clients is that something real shifts in their inner state, so they can live their own path more fully and express their gifts — in their relationship with themselves, with others, in their work, and in the wider world.
