Why do I offer you Family Constellations?

A one-on-one experience designed for those who value privacy, depth, and meaningful change

To deal only with visible wrongs is like trimming the leaves of a weed when you mean to uproot it. Family Constellations is the mechanism that uproots these dysfunctions. It offers a realm in which the unseen part of the dysfunction is worked on in ways that affect the seen.

During Family Constellations Session you will be supported to:

• reveal hidden patterns behind a relationship difficulty, a stuck issue or a persistent challenge. It bypasses the story, focuses on facts and gets to the heart of the issue quickly, creating insights, energy and motivation for action without blame or judgement.

• find your “right place” in a system – an abstract quality that is often only “felt”. Family Constellations work involve an embodied experience of right place.

• face your own truth – your strength and limitations, your responsibilities, your hidden loyalties. It enables you to release fresh energy to create a shift.

• get a new way of looking at old communications patterns. By receiving this clarity you also gain access to your unused potential and you can deal with your question in a very different way than before.

– Is it important to have an intention before my constellation?

Yes. Your intention or purpose is the driving force that contributes to the effectiveness of your family constellation.

– What guarantees do you give that you will solve my problem?

There are no guarantees, as each person’s process is unique. What I can promise is my full presence and commitment to support you in transforming your situation in the direction you wish. Sometimes the outcome may unfold differently than expected, yet it often brings a deeper resolution. Your personal transformation also depends on many factors, including your motivation, readiness, and inner work after your constellations. Because a constellation always ends with the start of something new…

– How can I know if my constellation worked?

You can recognize it by the changes that begin to unfold after the session. The constellation facilitates a healing movement which is sudden and concrete. On the spiritual level, the result is a shift of the energy and your shifted inner state. On the personality level, the result is images: especially how it looked just before it was ended. Both of them lead to changes in how you interact with people and the world, and eventually to a different way of living. Moreover, you become more available to your own life, feeling more strength and confidence. Many clients notice shifts within days, some within months, and others within a year or more. It is important to pay close attention to the changes in your state and to take practical steps to adjust your life accordingly.

– Can I discuss my constellation or get additional explanations after the session?

No. Explanations strongly distort the post-constellation process. It is recommended not to discuss the constellation with anyone at all.

– Can I ask to do a constellation for my daughter (son, husband, mother)?

No. You can do a constellation only for yourself.

– How often can family constellations be done?

There are different opinions. I do both single constellation sessions for one request, as well as programs that include several constellation sessions for different requests or a complex challenge, typically spaced two weeks apart.

Often, while other forms of therapy may require years of intense emotional work, a single family constellation session can bring about a profound change in those who receive it.

– Are there certain requests for which family constellations work especially well? Are there requests for which they are less effective?

Since family constellations work with your energy and inner state rather than the request itself, the request can be virtually anything: personal life challenges, health, family relationships, the desire to have children, loneliness and partnership, money, business, and more.

At the same time, experience shows that family constellations rarely produce quick improvements in the following situations: alcoholism and drug addiction or other severe dependencies, psychiatric diagnoses, acute social trauma (unjust court decisions, hostile takeovers, etc.), and serious physical illnesses. In these cases, it is still possible to work on gradual, small improvements in your inner state.

Family Constellations

When we turn to traditional counselling or self-help, we are usually looking a way to “fix” our “problem. Common solutions might be entail improving communication skills, identifying unproductive interaction patterns, or changing some specific behaviors.

But some patterns do not begin with us. We carry imprints from our ancestral line, unresolved stories passed through the nervous system and tissues, often without words.

When we step into Family Constellations, we are entering a realm of uncommon solution and go beyond the “reasons and consequences.”

We enter the transgenerational (ancestral) and the large spiritual Field. From this broader relational space, healing movements begin to arise – the deepest hidden patterns within our family and personal history become visible. What has been excluded, entangled, or held in silence can begin to move.

This is not about fixing or controlling—it is about allowing. Through this process, deeper truths emerge, restoring balance, belonging, and a profound sense of wholeness that support your movement toward what deeply calls you.

Energy Healing Coaching deepens this process by releasing energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being, helping you feel more grounded and resilient in daily life.

Systemic Ritual® and Rituals in the Wheel of the Four Directions developed by Daan Van Kampenhout, support this process. It doesn’t solely focus on the problem and details of a situation. Instead, it provides a structure that allows you to experience wholeness instead of fragmentation, a sense of being supported rather than standing empty-handed. It’s not about direct problem-solving but about creating a profound sense of unity.

Many experienced constellations as a release from captivity, allowing them the freedom to act differently and in a fulfilling way.

Meet Your Facilitator

Thank you for being here. My name is Ekaterina and I am a trained Family Constellations Facilitator & Energy Healing Coach, and I’m also learning shamanic practices.

I didn’t come to this work through theory—I came through lived experience. Years in business taught me how to succeed, but they also taught me what it means to feel stuck, even when everything looks fine on the outside.

That quiet restlessness became a doorway. It stirred something deeper in my soul—a longing to live and work in a way that felt true to my heart. First as a seeker, then as a practitioner, I began to follow the call toward a more authentic path.

Over the years, I trained in family constellations, systemic rituals, energetic healing, and holistic coaching with teachers around the world. Each modality offered a new lens—and together, they formed a practice that honours the wholeness of each person, the systems they belong to, and the wisdom of the soul.

For the past eight years, I’ve been working with individuals, couples, and groups as a Family Constellations Facilitator & Energy Healing Coach. I support them on their own journeys.

Most recently, my work has entered a new phase, guided by a space beyond mind and identity, where change happens not by doing, but by noticing and being present. Instead of relying on fixed techniques, sessions unfold through listening and allowing the system to move on its own. This helps patterns shift from within, creating lasting, natural change.
