Shamanic Family Constellations helps to move beyond fixed patterns, step out of the hypnosis of beliefs, realign perception, and direct energy toward where something new can begin.

Thank you for being here. My name is Ekaterina.
Over the years, I have studied with different family constellations and shamanic teachers, but also learned from teachers of other spiritual traditions and modalities. What I found useful I have integrated into my work with people to support them on their own journeys.
For me, Shamanic Family Constellations work is not only about understanding something with the mind. They are about stepping into a different level of living and a different sense of oneself — more alive, real, and present. The answers that come are often felt rather than figured out. It is about reconnecting with the life force inside — the one that has been there, waiting until you are ready to meet it.
I attune to the subtle undercurrents within a person’s experience — what may not be immediately visible, yet shapes their challenges and direction. From this place, we begin to open a space where something new can emerge, beyond fixed patterns and ways of seeing.
My intention in working with clients is not only to understand what isn’t working, but to support a shift in their inner state — a realignment that allows them to move forward with greater clarity, authenticity, and connection to their own path.
From this shift, it becomes possible to express their gifts more fully — in relationship with themselves, with others, in their work, and in the wider world — and to meet life from a place that brings more harmony, depth, and aliveness.
