I have worked for more than ten years with Spiritual Family Constellations, Systemic Rituals®, Rituals on the Wheel of the Four Directions, and Intuitive Coaching.
These can be used separately or combined.
Each offers a different way of listening.
Together they help us explore not only what is happening on the surface, but also what quietly shapes your experience.
Spiritual Family Constellations
Sometimes we carry stories that are not entirely our own. We may repeat the same relationship patterns, struggle to move forward, feel responsible for others, or remain loyal to suffering without knowing why.
Spiritual Family Constellations open a space to see these deeper dynamics — not only in the family system, but in the wider field that holds us. Not to judge them. Not to change the past. But to see what has been unseen and allow a new relationship with it to become possible.
Again and again, I have witnessed how new movement begins when what has long been hidden, excluded, or carried alone is finally given a place, and when we listen to the quieter movement that wants to emerge from within the field itself.
Systemic Ritual® & Rituals on the Wheel of the Four Directions
The creation of Systemic Ritual (by Daan van Kampenhout) began in the late 1990’s. Systemic Ritual contains elements of shamanism (ritual, wordless prayer, use of ground plans as paths of healing, knowledge about the soul) and elements of Family Constellations (use of representation, healing sentences, knowledge about systemic loyalties and entanglements). The light and natural trance that often happens during classic constellations is enhanced by the use of gentle drumming and wordless prayer songs during some parts of the ritual. In Systemic Ritual, elements of shamanic ritual and systemic constellation mix and merge, and a
style of work is created that has its own characteristics.
Two essential elements of Systemic Rituals: The wheel of the Four Directions and the Ancestors.
Through ritual, symbolism, and the wisdom of the Wheel of the Four Directions, we step into a different way of listening — not only with the mind, but with the body, the heart, and something deeper.
For me, the Wheel is not a method. It is an ongoing relationship. For years I have been learning directly through practice, presence, and listening to the Wheel of the Four Directions.
They continually remind me that life moves in cycles, that endings make space for beginnings, and that what feels stuck is often preparing for a different kind of movement.
Intuitive Life Coaching
Insight becomes meaningful when it begins to live in everyday life. Intuitive Life Coaching supports the gentle movement from recognition into lived experience — not by pushing change, but by helping you notice the small, honest steps that already feel true for you.
Neo-Reichian Bodywork (Pulsations)
Sometimes the body has been holding a story long before the mind has words for it.
Breath, movement, and expression allow what has been held for a long time to soften. As the body begins to open, many people experience a greater sense of aliveness, presence, and connection with themselves.
Each Healing Immersion is different. There is no fixed path.
Together, we follow what is ready to be seen, what is ready to move, and what may already be quietly emerging from within.
