Our circle takes place twice a month, around the New Moon and Full Moon. It is a good time to become aware of the needs and intentions of your Soul, to complete what is old and begin something new — and to have the strength and space for it.

How Do You Want to Be Loved?

How often does this question invite a pause, a quiet breath, or a moment when words no longer come easily?

I am interested in that moment — the space where something inside begins to soften, where the heart may already know even before the mind finds the words.

Perhaps this question is not asking for an immediate answer. Perhaps it is inviting you to listen. Not only to yourself, but also to your partner sitting across from you.

During the Supporting Love Circle, through tailored Dynamic Meditation for Couples, experiential exercises, and Systemic Constellation rituals, we will explore how you want to be loved, what your heart truly longs for, and what happens in your body and within your connection when you allow this question to settle.

The answer may feel unfamiliar. Unexpected. And yet, at the same time, deeply recognisable — as if it has been quietly waiting to be heard.
