Sometimes the most important change in life happens quietly.
Not when circumstances shift. And not when wishes come true.
But when a person begins to see themselves differently.

In my practice, I see this again and again: people stop looking for all the answers outside and return to what is already within — to clarity, trust, and the ability to feel which path is truly their own.

The deeper this connection becomes, the less there is to fight against life. Space opens. Fear softens into clarity. Doubt gives way to a quieter knowing of right timing.

This is the ground from which the SoulBodyMind Integration Circle grows.

I hold this Circle once a month, around the New Moon or Full Moon. Each time the theme is different — relationships, energy, inner limitations, movement forward, what remains in the shadow.

The work happens through ritual and presence, not through long explanations.

What we will do on October 21st:

• Introductions
• Ritual: What does your desire actually need to become real? Not willpower. Not more effort. Energy — resources, already held somewhere in your life: past, present, or future. In this circle, I facilitate the space while each person looks for their own. No special knowledge or preparation is needed.
• Q&A

How do you want to be loved?

This is not a casual question.
It often creates a pause — a moment when words don’t come easily, and something deeper begins to surface.

In this Circle we will work with that moment.

Through Dynamic Meditation for Couples, experiential exercises, and Systemic Constellation rituals, we will explore:

• How you truly want to be loved
• What your heart is actually longing for
• What happens in your body and in the connection when you allow this question to be fully felt

Some answers surface easily. Others take the whole day.
