As a teacher, financial director, and more than 8 years, a certified systemic family/business constellation facilitator and coach, I have the privilege to work with individuals, couples, and small business owners , helping them understand what is really going on, make the invisible patterns visible, and unveil their authentic selves through the art of systemic approach.

I recognize the deep richness within each person and their unique interconnected systems. My passion lies in discovering the untapped potential in their life, relationship and business. I aim to reveal what’s needed to allow this energy to flow freely. My work involves skillfully translating these insights into a visible relational map. This map serves as a lasting source of empowerment, helping them connect with their inner strength and renew their belief in their own luminous potential. My language and interventions are simple, clear and effective. Always driven by a deep compassion for people, even in the most challenging situations.

I offer monthly workshops, special seminar events, and individual sessions bilingually in English and Russian, both on Vancouver Island and worldwide.

And I lead them using everything I have experienced and learned in my live through my wounds and struggles, my joys and loves, and my many encounters with formidable and gifted teachers, and with many courageous seekers on the way to wholeness and authenticity.
