Ignite your inner light

Ignite Your Inner Light

through the Lens of Systemic Approach

There are lots of great words to describe your Inner Light. Some people call it their “Essence”, or “Center”. I like calling it “Your Inner Light.” Also, your “Wholeness” is a great name for it. You might even call it your “Soul” or the Holy Spirit or source energy or your higher self, depending on what your spirituality is.

When you’re not connected to your inner light, it often feels like:

  • “I never have enough time”
  • “Being around other people feels draining and gives me anxiety”
  • “I am constantly in “figure it out” mode, never able to rest”
  • “I am without an internal direction and am always asking other people what I should do”
  • “I feel lonely no matter whether I’m around other people or by myself “
  • “I don’t trust myself enough to take the next step to better my life”
  • “ The way I used to be no longer works and I don’t see the new way. I feel stuck.”

When you are connected to your inner light, it feels like:

  • You’re more present during your days which makes it feel like you have more than enough time
  • There is no need to be stressed out or checked out, not matter what is happening, because you trust yourself and are excited to be alive
  • You’re comfortable around other people because you trust your boundaries.
  • There is nothing to “figure out” because you trust yourself even through uncertainty
  • You’re deeply in touch with your internal direction and you trust it
  • You feel a sense of belonging no matter whether you’re around other people or by yourself

This 5-week program is designed to help you experience less of the first list and more of the second — sound good?

This is a space to reclaim your inner light, align with your truth, and rise into the flow of your life, work, and relationships.

Program Highlights

Part 1: The Doorway to Union – Connecting Body and Spirit

We will explore the powerful threshold of birth, where body and spirit first meet the world. In this brief yet profound moment, parts of ourselves may remain incomplete, leaving gaps in our wholeness. Through Body & Spirit Constellations we will focus on strengthening this natural union that supports:

  • Trust in yourself
  • Trust in the world and others
  • Fully claiming your place in the world

You will engage in exercises designed for all participants, along with a systemic constellation for one participant focusing on the Part 1 theme.

Part 2: Giving Up The Fight with Yourself

We will explore releasing your inner conflict and resistance to cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself. By letting go of the urge to “fight” perceived flaws you gain clarity on patterns that hold you back, opening a path toward self-awareness, inner freedom and alignment with your true self.

You will engage in exercises designed for all participants, along with a systemic constellation for one participant focusing on the Part 2 theme.

Part 3: Breaking Free – Getting Unstuck and Embracing Change

Are you feeling that you aren’t going anywhere, that nothing is happening? The way you used to be no longer works or feels good and the new way of being is not yet established?

Not being able to tolerate discomfort, created by change, may lead you to being stuck: not satisfied with where you are and not able to change. Your ability to handle feeling stuck has an effect upon your desired outcome.

We will explore hidden patterns that hold you back, your relationship to these patterns and how you act with regards to them. We will bring mindfulness to these patterns, discover where they came from and whether they serve you.

You will engage in exercises designed for all participants, along with a systemic constellation for one participant using representatives focusing on the Part 3 theme.

Part 4: Embracing Possibility – Entering the Unknown

We are full of “Yes, but….”: “Yes, I want to quit my job, but the job market is so bad now”, “Yes, I want a good relationship, but I still have so much work to do”, “Yes, I need a rest, but I have to finish some things first”.

“Yes, but…” is the language of stuckness. Why? Because stepping into the unknown towards wholeness is scary. One of the important tools for exploring the realm of the unknown and having a good relationship with our fear is curiosity. Synonyms for the word here include “unused potential”, “interested” and “inquiring”.

We will explore ways to unleash your curiosity and your inner light. They allow you to explore and to look deeply into the nature of things, which may be different from how they appear on the surface. Your curiosity has the capacity to convey mature wisdom and compassion.

You will engage in exercises designed for all participants, along with a systemic constellation for one participant using representatives focusing on the Part 4 theme.

Part 5: Inviting New Resources – You Are Not Alone

Each of us is capable of taking in new resources and using them to heal, change and grow. One quality of stuckness is that it blocks our resources. We get the feeling we are alone even terrified.

We will explore your ability to take resources. Even if a resource is given or awarded to you, you still have to take it. Taking resources helps guide you through steps towards your wholeness. New resources remind you that you are not alone and that your goals are meaningful.

You will engage in exercises designed for all participants, along with a systemic constellation for one participant using representatives focusing on the Part 5 theme.

With this program you will be able to:

Embrace Deeper Self-Trust and Authenticity – strengthen the connection to your true self and build a foundation of trust in yourself and in the world around you.

Release from Inner Conflict – Discover and gently let go of inner struggles while cultivating compassion and understanding toward all parts of yourself.
